Oscar also known as CP304 is a scientific experiment, mixing both crows and pellicans DNA together and this is the final result...... The scientists have added a few new additions though, the hat for example is his second personality. Whatever Oscar thinks, the hat will say it, which can become quite frustrating for both the scientists and Oscar, infact the scientists got so pissed off with the amount of yapping coming from Oscar's hat that they decided to stitch it up.
